WhatsApp won't download with Win 8.1 - Microsoft Community


hello

i have nokia lumia 530 windows 8.1, on i'd installed whatsapp before , didn't have issues until few days ago.

the app had gotten buggy lately (taking forever open , close, outright freezing until remove battery), decided uninstall it. only, app won't download again - progress bar doesn't start , instead remains "awaiting".

i've looked up, useful answers found either couple years old, windows 10 or other platforms (android).

for record, isn't coded errors (i got couple of found solutions). know isn't memory problem, because i've uninstalled couple other apps make space.

anybody have idea cause, , more importantly how fix it? thank you.

ps: , please, please don't tell me "contact developers", because doesn't @ all.
