win 10 update 1/25/17 - Microsoft Community


my win 10 computer update @ 3 am.  got morning find black screen small circle of dots going round , round!!!  been way hours.  afraid turn off or anything!!!  hellllllp please!!

what system? have plugged in usb or media slots? running 3rd party virus/malware programs? can hard reset push , hold power button down until system shutdown , reboot, seeing have surface device removing sd card fixes issue.
