Pop ups not blocked and an Unknown website insisting to download and - Microsoft Community


recently find e 11 behaving unusually. 2 particular popups appearing , stay on till cancel , again 1 or either appears till cancel it. irritating. pop-up blocker active facing problem. appreciated. [ have screen shots but

as there no option upload can not that.] 

secondly, facing repeated request particular website install "flash player" address is

about 2 weeks first time without hesitation , relying on standing of e 11, installed flash player , found search engine browsers has been changed new 1 unknown me. had undergo usual trouble eliminate , restore preferred search engines.

but website has not given efforts , regularly attempting update fictitious flash -player on p c.

my p c  having version of e :- 11.1358.14393.0 ; &  windows 10 64bit o s.

this might caused virus or malware. we'll needing following information isolate issue:

  • did access website message "install flash player" or did pop-up on screen?
  • have uninstalled flash player?
  • what security level set on internet explorer?
