Alarm Volume too low and Disappearing Breakthrough List Lumia 735 - Microsoft Community

i can't believe writing this.  i bought week lumia 735 phone.  i have couple of issues phone, windows 10 features.  i hate have go htc 1 m8 8.1 os, may have to.  

first, quiet time breakthrough list doesn't work , can't hear alarm.  i hear alarm htc in room.  with lumia 735 sitting right next me, can't hear it. searched online , apparently, not uncommon.  i tried setting different ring tones , didn't help.

does have viable solution other reset phone?  i have feeling that's not going help.

i able solve problem disappearing breakthrough list (bl)--at least think. it's been working 2 days now.

i neglected mention in original post have verizon.  verizon has backup assistant plus.  i not sure if other phone companies have this. backup assistant plus key solution.

when add contact on phone, given option of adding contact outlook or backup assistant plus.

first, printed out copy of contact listings/profiles of people wanted on breakthrough list (8). in case.  i didn't want lose information.

solution #1

first, tried deleting contact outlook (not outlook.com) on pc .  then added contact (all information in profile) on phone, selecting backup assistant plus.  then added contact bl.  this worked.  the contact did not disappear bl.  however, when looked @ list of contacts on pc, contact not there.  so, added contact outlook on pc.  the contact remained on bl , in both places (phone , pc).  

solution #2

add contact again using phone (leaving original contact in place), selecting backup assistant plus.  for option, thing added name , phone numbers.  i didn't add other information in profile. give few minutes sync , add contact bl.  the contact remained on bl.   

this worked me.  i hope works you.
