Battery saver incorrect readings - Microsoft Community

i using lumia 1020 , everythig going untill day before yesterday.i charged battery 100% , surprise,the battery saver showing 11 hours 3 min estimated time remaining.this has never happened before,it came out of blue .usually estimated time after full charge 3 days , couple of hours.nevertheless battery lasted 28 hours (which how last every time after charging under modarate usage) despite initial esimated time of 11 hours. .i thought may after next charge normal....no did not.i charged today , it's same thing again-100% charge , 11 h , 3 min left.i;ve tried soft reset didn't @ all.may should try hard reset,but hope there solution.

i forgot mention percentages dropping gradually usual, without abrupt changes.battery holds charge performs before battery saver readings went wrong

hard reset may resolve issue, discretion yours. don't forget back up phone first before performing hard reset. reset phone's settings default. hard reset, go settings> under system, tap about> reset phone.
