Cannot run Mixed Reality Portal app in Insider build - Microsoft Community

hi

i'm running windows insider build , mixed reality portal stays stuck on loading screen. have troubleshooted windows store apps , reset store , said windows store cache corrupted. created admin account advised , still mixed reality portal not open. appreciated. in advance

this being on beta testing environment, expect processes needs taken bit further be functional. can go through troubleshooting steps see if settings issue or not. of issues can resolved checking settings using administrator account.

  1. right-click windows logo (start button).
  2. select command prompt (admin).
  3. in command prompt window, type net user [username] /add, , press enter.
  4. then type net localgroup administrators[username created] /add, , press enter.
  5. sign out current user account. login new account.
  6. enable developer mode, , check if can open mixed reality portal app.
