how can camera work again

if soft reset didn't work, suggest perform hard reset instead. hard reset bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on.

you can reset phone under settings: system  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. go system> update , security > backup >more options > now.
