Critical Error: Your start menu isn't working. - Microsoft Community


i'm guessing issue happened when installed build 16188.  ideas on fixing?  start menu work when after error message.

there possible reasons why issue occurs. due corruption of files. come accurate resolution or troubleshooting steps, have screenshot of error message. aside installing windows update, have made configurations/modifications prior issue?
