Edge missing &Micorsoft Service can't login (win 10 - Microsoft Community


my mobile os win10moblie  1703   10.0.15204.0   (phone hong kong) 


 my edge browser missing , microsoft service cant run  (onedrive、microsoft account ,when click login after return app login screen)



and when try follow link web page, following message " you must install app work search apps in store". 

but other app can run  , noproblem  

i has reset lumia 950 ,but bug still...( english  & chinese  version same )

anyone else have issue fix method?  thanks

that's weird. clarity, when "reset lumia 950", did perform hard reset? if so, suggest download , install windows device recovery tool on windows pc flash approved windows version phone. tool use fix software concerns , remove stored on phone. make sure check or create backup before proceeding avoid data loss.
