Impossible to buy apps: error IAPmobi - 0x8007139f - Microsoft Community

hi everyone.

i have lumia 435 windows 10 mobile 10.0.14393.693.

i cannot buy apps or premium services phone money: every time try it, store show error 0x8007139f, , tells me there's error microsoft , try again later.

i tryed more times buy show me same error. not depends phone operator, not have block pay services.

how solve error without hard resetting phone?

since issue remains unresolved after updating phone software , performing soft reset, next work around performing hard reset. can reset phone under settings > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. delete content on phone—including apps, texts, , photos—so it's important files.
