Lumia 1520 won't play music and video - Microsoft Community

i having problem playing music , video on lumia 1520. music , video apps showing serious errors. see attachments.

is there phone update or solution solve error? media shown on phone, play show error. if apps deleted inside, when click shortcut nothing show it. disgusting.

i downloaded quickplay check whether videos ok , plays well. app not main system app. 

this error had been showing everytime tried play. please help!!
