lumia 535 can't open apps - Microsoft Community


my lumia 535 couldn't open apps after running out of space after freeing it still couldn't open non microsoft apps whatsapp , games. tried reseting several times still keeps ..........loading....and never opens

hi,

check if date & time set correctly may affect downloading or launching apps. if wouldn't work , neither did soft reset made of difference, suggest hard resetting phone. remember hard reset bring phone factory settings, make sure save of important files.
