Lumia 950 - Call Log deleting itself - Microsoft Community


hi,

hope can this. call log in phone app keeps clearing itself on 950? suggestions?

would avoid full factory re-set if possible...

have tried soft reset turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart don't touch screen until restarts
