Microsoft office (and other 32-bit apps) doesn't show up - Microsoft Community


i'm trying make presentation in powerpoint. however, when click on file edit it, editor doesn't show up. when click on executable, doesn't show either. tried run word, groove , excel, , same thing happens. looked task manager, , processes shown. take no cpu , 0,3 mb of ram. using 64-bit windows 10 prerelease build 16193.rs_prerelease.170507-1300.

edit: after time discovered none of 32 bit apps same. no cpu load, 0,3 mb ram usage.

if office apps not responding on command you're performing, may have encountered communication issue between app , pc. suggest running repair office application resolve issue office apps.
