i not want video autoplay - have do?  know doesn't bother of on limited bandwidth terrible.  please advise how stop it

windows 10 let set autoplay defaults media, devices & folders via settings app. know better concern, kindly answer questions below:

1. build of windows 10 using?
2. issue occur on different websites?
3. have tried use different browser?
