i on newest insider build. cant new story remix app. can please me that.

the story remix feature in photos app has been rolled out number of insiders build 16199 since feature under alpha/beta testing. means select group of people on build have no access feature in meantime because they're under "control" group, our developers gather data can compare data people access story remix feature. since can't see story remix feature on computer, you're part of control group. may check this blog post by dona sarkar, 1 of our software engineers, learn more. post includes link can send request story remix developer team instructions on how access feature.
