Tiles Disappear from Windows Phone 10 Start Screen - Microsoft Community


this continuing problem since windows phone 8.1 apparently still not fixed.

i have 1 people app tile not stay on start screen , every time restart  phone disappears. 

others not have problem 1 set tile on start screen.

this aggravating because quick access call them when need to. 

this basic windows phone functionality , don't know why never gets fixed.?

soft reset doesn't work , doesn't work numerous other problems.

what did work, , took me countless times of trying different things, put tile , shut phone off. 

in past put tile , leave phone on. disappear after screen lock or after restarting.

something shutting down made safe tile grid settings. knows why did it.
