uefi firmware setting - Microsoft Community


my lava iris win 1 windows 8.1 based phone show blue recovery screen whenever switch on it.

it show press windows key uefi firmware setting it's not work .

what ?

this more of software issue, suggest phone , perform hard reset. 

to hard reset phone, go settings > tap about, , tap reset phone. 

hard reset windows phone return same state in first time turned on. personal content erased, , phone restored factory settings.

please create backup before performing hard reset phone memory wiped out. creating backup, click back stuff.
