Build 15031 unstable for me - Microsoft Community

hello, said in subject, build unstable me in core functions.

update went fast build 15025.
action center freezing.
 control panel wont open , bakcs me desktop.
 windows explorer , computer closing, desktop.
when try switch tasks alt+tab, apeering emtpy desktop, or normal desktop not able switch tasks.
or, able in random times.

when computer went sleep, , turned on, sign in screen crashed , rebooted twice.
start menu opening longer expected, , without search edit field
when open settings, pressing tab close , desktop.
insider hub wont work, , not able submit feedback noted issues.
suggest?
can repair something, or try again, reimaging 525 upgrading again?
have healthy system image.

hard @ time.  have 15031 best yet.

 

at 14986, hit brick wall failure @ 100% , rollback.  after days of doing in book, , not being one, wiped hard drive , used media creation tool usb , bios public build.  waited until next new insiders , used fast lane insiders in few hours.

 

i have seen last 2 builds fixing couple of annoying issues had firefox, etc.  had recent issue pc not come hibernate.  on 15025, removed fast boot , seemed help.  15031 has no issue coming hibernate fast boot off.

update - hibernated 15031 , failed come back.  checked fast boot , had defaulted fast boot.  turned fast boot off , came right hibernate.
