Build 15031 Windows RE has off-screen Command Prompt - Microsoft Community


with build 15031, if use shift-restart launch boot menu , choose command prompt, blank blue screen mouse cursor. there no way proceed except reset or power off device. (use alt-spacebar find command prompt window.) happens if boot 15031 install media , choose repair computer windows re boot menu.

the former shift-f10 method command prompt install media windows setup has been removed last few builds.

actually discovered command prompt running, launches in off-screen window.

alt-spacebar allows see menu maximize or move command prompt window viewable area.
