Createing Website for members only journalist's members only - Microsoft Community

is idea allow 'secret' sites 'members only' example building website scratch allow people around world have corner of www exchange data. i.e persons oppressed states/country's can log in free exchange data , let world know how lucky , vis-versa? , if not right place discussion please point me in right direction. saying me mean we. not part of particular group though bordering on obsessed trying fix 30yrs worth of hardware , trying learn software development. father professional computer programmer , bought several  pc desktops there parts everywhere i've been trying fix/use that's out of them. i've had lot of success fail @ same time been years , beginning become obsessed projects general system poor there rooms full of hardware end running round smallest things. feel give have learnt growing around this. have lots of projects , ideas find have been done. sorry if not right place topic microsoft know , no 'expert' sorry again if off topic.

try using bing, google, or favorite search engine there many many sites offering access sorts of diverse concepts , projects.
