HELP!!! My Phone Is Continually Restarting, Over and - Microsoft Community

my nokia lumia 640 phone started restarting on , over, , cannot stop. keeps showing microsoft screen (the first screen when turns on) , restarts again...then microsoft screen comes up...and continues on , over. 

* have tried removing battery, , not help. when replace battery, phone automatically turns on, without me pushing buttons (normally when remove battery, phone stays off until manually restart it).

* have tried soft reset, , doesn't work

* have been able phone start up, holding down power button if let go, restarts again...and if keep holding down, phone restarts anyway!

* know hard reset, have lot of pictures , settings don't want lose, , can't backed when phone not on way. 

does know how fix restarting problem, , / or how backup stuff while phone in current state?

suggest login onedrive account check if have backed files. way, can proceed in hard resetting phone.

since phone unresponsive , can't reach settings, may able reset phone using hardware buttons. on lumia phones (and others), following reset phone:

1. press , hold volume down , power buttons @ same time until feel vibration (about 10-15 seconds).
2. when feel vibration, release buttons, , press , hold volume down button until see large exclamation mark.
3. once exclamation mark appears, press following 4 buttons in order: volume up, volume down, power, volume down. phone should reset , restart itself. (it might take while reset finish.).
