Keyboard on Lumia 640 XL doesn't always pop up when I click a - Microsoft Community


hi know why have click field 25 times before keyboard pops up? doesn't happen every time. happens lot. enough bug me enough ask. happened on old lumia 530 too.

phone's software not responding accordingly. may have refresh performing hard reset. reset phone's settings default. click how soft , hard reset windows phone on how to.

note: please make sure back up phone before performing hard reset phone's memory wiped out.
