Lumia 1020 wont install any apps - Microsoft Community

hello need lumia 1020, been working fine 3 years until yesterday noticed whatsapp beta wouldnt update giving me error c101b000 tried canceling download, uninstall , reinstalling didnt work, tried installing regular version of whatsapp same, wont install, download , shows attention required. tap here, when tap it, shows error c101b000, hit retry , same thing.

then tried soft reset, , noticed after soft reset no app install showing same behavior mentioned above, apps download doesnt show installing, show attention required. tap here.

i tried turning off set date , time automatically.

turned off use location in windows store settings.

tried using 3g network instead of wifi.

tried syncing account in email+account settings

tried hard reset , still no app install.

any suggestions or idea fix this?

will appreciate or idea, in advanced.

this problem store on microsoft's side reoccurs every few weeks. unfortunately there absolutely nothing can except wait fixed ms.
