Mobile OneNote not working offline - Microsoft Community


i use onenote create shopping lists on laptop sync windows 10 phone. until recently, able access onenote offline no problem whenever in store without wifi (i don't have data plan). recently, "cannot connect" error, try again...". then, when have wifi again, have sign in msft account. kind of hassle.

  what's this? working great....

  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • which os build installed on phone? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
