Related to windows phone reset. - Microsoft Community


have lumia 720 windows phone windows 8.1 want know if reset windows phone  then apps cortana, 1 note, lumia cinemagraph , here maps etc. deleted forever remain in phone.

the apps mention still available windows phone 8.1

some apps come pre-installed , remain after factory reset, others need reinstalled store. there several updates after hard reset.

but of pre-installed apps stop working in wp8.1 ... skype.
