Trying to upgrade from 15019 to 15031 - Microsoft Community

i have restarted computer several times trying update 15031 starts ok , after while crash , revert 15019.  not seeing error messages.

sort of got fingers slapped downloading iso , using it.

anyone else having problem.

update drivers. disconnect usb controlled devices except mouse , keyboard. remove micro sd cards if used. uninstall (not disable) third party antivirus programs. run windows update troubleshooter linked here:

if still cannot 15031, can install latest iso 15025 in line 15031 linked here:
