Windows Phone 10 tiles disappearing - Microsoft Community

this seems problem going windows phone 7.5 , still problem.

you pin tiles people app phone can call them without searching them in cumbersome labyrinth app.

i have 1 person tile keeps disappearing. 

i have tried soft reset , doesn't work. not hard resetting phone because backup not save tiles , apps correctly , takes hours phone way was.

how hard write program saves settings on start scree , have os reload them when starts?

why has same bug existed in product 7 years?

probably, phone's software malfunctioning or not updated. able install latest phone's software update, go settings> update , security> phone update> check updates.

we're here assist windows phone.
