   unable find app will control the on/off power usb port. many devices state should charged set amount of time because causes damage battery. it nice able plug device usb port on computer set amount of time charges. prevent overcharging , extend battery life. there's 1 company have found sells usb charger with timer built in, nice if use computer. know there's programmer out there take idea bank. i'll waiting.....

you'll notice no device comes battery warning anymore. modern li-ion batteries have technology prevents overcharging. modern smartphones lie battery capacity of 90%-100%. battery allows small discharge , recharge while plugged in keep battery safe.
