IE 11 freezes after short time on the internet - Microsoft Community


this has started within past 2 3 weeks.  not sure if there has been update conflicting computer causing problem or not.  after short time on internet going through various websites, computer freezes mouse continues move first 5 clicks nothing happens , mouse not move well.  ctrl alt del not work.  when mouse moves, cannot click on work.  cant close ie.  method have push , hold on/off button until computer turns off.  there no error codes.  started happening , have had computer 2 3 years.  have windows 7 , ie 11.0.  thank in advance.  james
