Internet Explorer 11 won't load. - Microsoft Community


hi everyone, having trouble ie11 on acer all-in-one machine, running windows 8.1 latest updates.

the program starts load, crashes after 10 seconds, no error messages or anything. firefox , other progs working fine ie11 problem.

acer recommending  i machine reset take day 1, losing files , info in process.i don't see viable option. have  tried deactivating ie11 via windows features utility, rebooting, re-activating ie11 in attempt force reinstall/repair scenario, no improvement.

how , can stand-alone, genuine ms, copy of ie11 it's installation package can reinstall 1 program onto machine seems crazy wipe out else 1 issue? ideas please?

is there error code?

since when problem started?

open command prompt administrator , type:

sfc /scannow
