hello,

notification appears if there changes happen computer, such if you'll selecting specific software default application. can check default apps  has been on set on computer. here's simple guide on how check it:

  1. press windows key + i open settings.
  2. click system.
  3. then select, default apps.

you can manually manage default software apps.
