my lumia 950 gets hot , audial quality goes low.

last time behaved way, i took local dealer, said needed updated. retained phone while , when collected it, worked for  while -getting hot , low audial quality.

during day, phone connected wfi , expect if there nay updates, pick them seems hearing.

is possible download requisite update directly ms web site? other options available deal with this problem

about concern, can download windows device recovery tool on pc , use fix software problems on phone. it'll install latest version of windows approved phone , remove else, including apps, games, texts, call history, music, , photos. before use tool, see if restarting or resetting your phone fixes problem.
