Outlook on Lumia 735 crashing after 17.7922.42018.0 update - Microsoft Community

hi - outlook on lumia 735 crashing exchange account after being updated to 17.7922.42018.0 on 3 march.

i have 3 mail accounts configured in outlook. 2 imap, third exchange (to 2010 exchange environment). 2 imap accounts seem work fine [update - no, these seem have problem, though not exchange account]. message lists can navigated , messages opened , handled expected.

however, when viewing message list in exchange  [any] account (after opening outlook start screen example), message list frozen , outlook crash after few seconds in instances (9 out of 10). there perhaps 80 messages or thereabouts in list. prior update, outlook did not crash.

when opening message directly notification centre, open. after returning message message list, outlook crash seem related message list in way.

i've power cycled phone , deleted , recreated exchange account. behaviour has not changed.

any thoughts?

regarding outlook kept on crashing, recommend perform soft reset pressing power , volume down button , holding them 15 seconds. once phone vibrates, set aside phone , wait finish restarting.

afterwards, check outlook again , see how goes.
