"This page can not be displayed" - Microsoft Community


have windows 7 computer running internet explorer 9 , message "this page can not displayed" pops every single internet address type in. clicked "fix connection problems" button , ran troubleshooter , problem found "the remote device or resource won't accept connection". there way fix , how able go doing so. thanks.
