Slow charge - Microsoft Community


im using lumia 730 having sl charge problem. it's telling me charge original charger while im using original charger has came box.

searching on google telling me charge pc or laptop when don't one.

what else guys can me after knowing this?

try resetting turning phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them don't touch screen until restarts try original charger again if have apple charger can try run on.20 amps apposed to.15 , tend charge these nokia bit faster
