my old pc  operates in xp , bought a  laptop windows 10. have external hard drive.

many ways transfer files home network can drag , drop file explorer or use external drive copy , move want. if unable home network can buy cable hooks 2 computers of them come added software make easier transfer files file explorer works good. download free ftp servers windows machines , transfer files way.
