my lumia phone cannot send media materials

  • what exact model of lumia phone?
  • which os build version running on phone? check it, go settings> about> more information.
  • was there recent changes made on phone?
  • are getting error message/s when trying send media materials?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
