win 10 upgrade for lumia 640 - Microsoft Community


have installed win10 upgrade lumia 640. cannot messaging work. phone receiving messages, cannot access them. when select messaging app, advised 'cannot open messaging', go settings/privacy/contacts. when 'settings' button selected, referred 'contacts' list of apps - each set 'off'. can see button 'messaging', cannot activate (or of others matter). getting angry1.

many response. clearly, not alone , update has been issued , resolved issue.
