windows 10 insider preview 15031 (rs2_release) download stuck @ 99%. it's been stuck 2 days. after rebooting multiple times, download reaches 99% stuck there. can fix this?

you have done obvious, forced restart.  think worked me couple of builds.

i hit brick wall @ 14986 , spent lot of time trying in book.   fix took couple of hours.   used media tool bootable usb.  in case, used aomei wipe drive , used bios load.  in case, can clean install using working w10.

worked me.  clean install should done if kicks.  amazing how many gbs of data dropped in process lot of potential problems can exist in accumulated junk collected on years.  lose installed apps can keep personal files.

these process gets latest public build.  held until saw new insider release , signed fast ring , got insiders in few hours.
