incredibly slow startup - black screen, blue windows logo rotating blue dots ages

computer management, disk management slow see disks

system restore slow see disks

shutdown pc takes long time compared previous

hello,

there several reasons why have these issues after updating windows insider program version. determine reason, ask run sfc tool , dism tool well.

the sfc tool or system file checker tool allows scan corruptions in windows system files , restore corrupted files. click on link , follow steps under windows 10.

if issue still same, can run dism or system update readiness tool. restore windows corruption errors. here's link.
