Boot loop while reinstalling build 16199 - Microsoft Community


hi all,

i've been running build 16199 without problems since released. today, wanted full reinstall of windows, have fresh machine again. when installation arrived @ 64%, windows restarted, , entered boot loop.

how fix this? have made recovery usb stick, when force uefi boot usb stick, boots uefi again.

my machine surface book (8gb ram, 256gb storage, dgpu).

any enormously appreciated! in advance!

did remove sd card?
