hi cannot internet explorer 11 work on computer have gone windows features , checked hit ok , resterted computer , not allow ie11 @ all. ok download winows 8.1 version both 64bit?

you cannot uninstall, reinstall or download , install ie11 on windows 10.

please explain

does ie open? try open? open error message?

do have ie icons click on in start or taskbar?

is there iexplore(exe) file in folder?

if double-click iexplore(exe) file, ie open?
