Having trouble restoring my Mobile Phone back up on new HP Elite X3 - Microsoft Community


having trouble restoring mobile phone on new hp elite x3 phone.  after verify account keeps popping , saying there problem , try again later.  has happened 4 days

you can log-in onedrive.com , on left side select "devices". show 1 or more backups in progress, cancel , proceed hard reset, , repeat process. better if sd card removed before resets.
