IE 11 is reportedly open, but not visible - Microsoft Community

i running windows 10.  can open ie11 appears on icon on tool bar, but, cannot open on monitor.  i've tried troubleshooting no results , have tried running iexplore.exe -extoff.  same result.  suggestions on how ie open on monitor. 

it opening on far right of monitor fraction of screen.  able enlarge once, popup on icon. 

any assistance appreciated.

internet explorer may opening off screen. try this: when ie supposedly open, right-click button on taskbar , select cascade. should open ie on screen. stretch ie window out size want , close it. should open size point on.
