Is there a timer between answers? - Microsoft Community

i have tested issue. able respond 3 users within 15 minutes before error: 

oops! went wrong. please try again.

i believe due time between response limiter , very annoying. trying reply people, spend long time preparing answer , error , have wait (an hour last time).

people post response , lose out on answer, , trying build profile. can't post in performance review thread because error there too.

i guess prevent korean spammers, there way around this? account in standing @ account.microsoft.com/reputationcheck

you didn't wrong - it's forum, doing wrong - ad advices opening new tap , start over, or cleaning browserdata, don't help. have tried - , sometimes, can reply 1 time - other times can create new post, when i'm not able answer in existing thread.

but longer time, haven't banged head against "oops!-wall".

if creating long post, recommend first in word-document, save this, , copy text forum-editor - don't forget wrote, if ***t don't work...
