Latest Outlook mail update crashes - Microsoft Community


latest date of outlook mail app 17.7830.42258.0 installed itself on lumia 640lte crashes after few moments, , again not show email accounts @ , crash, show emails show blank white page email options @ bottom when opening , crash, crashes no matter do. tried remove email account re add it, crashed. buggy update one..

regarding concern, try soft reset lumia 640 pressing , holding volume down + power keys until vibrates.

if issue persisted after soft resetting device, provide version of windows mobile phone running on. not forget include build version.

let know how goes.
