have lumia 950, swapped sim card edge 7, , have service bars x through it. seems phone stuck in airplane mode. in drop down menu when tap data , nothing toggles on, if turn on airplane mode toggles on, if toggle off, blinks. when go settings under sim: there airplane. called att, on end. have soft restart, hard restart, factory reset, update. i'm running out of ideas....
