i have 2 microsoft lumia 435 phones , both have same problem. sent 1 off repair , fixed it. sent other off refused fix. phone @ 49 percent , not charge. have tried numerous chargers work phone none work now. should bcos not buying form of microsoft or windows phone ever again.

the microsoft community offers suggestions users correct various problems, not alternative fault requires physical repair.

the reason rejection given have decided not include (irrelevant. warranty related) longer free!

pay / don't pay, there no 'alternative' here damaged screen
