Need help with my Microsoft Lumia 550 Mobile Hotspot. - Microsoft Community


every time turn mobile hotspot on, automatically turns off without reason @ all. able connect once enable after few minutes or seconds automatically turns off. other that, encountered issue phone turn off when mobile hotspot turned on. please me.

it seems device getting slow , isn't working expected. can follow steps provided in article restore device original settings. don't forget files, apps , settings avoid data loss process erase stored in phone.

let know how goes.
